Appointment requests & booking
The booking and contact forms on this site collect a preferred day and time window, not a confirmed reservation. Every request is confirmed by phone before it becomes an appointment - see our Booking page for how this works.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so we can offer that time to another patient.
