What it is

What is Oxygen Therapy and what does it support?

Oxygen Therapy is the delivery of purified oxygen by inhalation to increase the oxygen available to your blood and tissues. More oxygen gives your cells more of what they need to repair, produce energy and clear waste efficiently. A session runs 30 to 60 minutes in a comfortable seated setup.

Oxygen Therapy serves three goals: recovery after activity or surgery, everyday energy, and support alongside another therapy you already receive. Dr. Tsai builds sessions into a broader plan around whichever of those three applies, and pairs oxygen with hydrogen therapy, cell system therapy or detox therapy where they reinforce each other.

Our process

What happens during an Oxygen Therapy session?

An Oxygen Therapy session runs in five steps: consultation, a personalized plan, the oxygen session itself, rest and monitoring, and aftercare. You stay seated and breathe through the device for 30 to 60 minutes.

Your session

Who is Oxygen Therapy for, and what does a session feel like?

Oxygen Therapy suits patients with chronic fatigue, headaches or migraines, poor circulation, slow recovery after workouts or injury, post-surgery recovery, stress, disrupted sleep, or an interest in cellular rejuvenation. You sit back, breathe and relax for the length of the session.

What to expect during your session

Your first visit is about comfort and clarity, and Dr. Tsai explains the plan before the device goes on.

  • A calm, comfortable seated setup
  • A clear explanation of your therapy plan
  • Purified oxygen delivered through a specialized device
