Dr. Lim was born and grew up in South Korea where Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine are widely used for promoting health and treating various diseases.  Since his early years, he was always interested in and studied the philosophy of Oriental Medicine.  He decided to follow his inner desire to learn more professionally and practice as a doctor the philosophy of Oriental Medicine which views diseases as the expressions of an imbalance in the overall states of our bodies, and trusts the natural vital energy inherent within us to promote our bodies’ abilities to heal themselves.

Dr. Lim relocated to Florida and finished with honors the four-year academic program of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine under highly qualified Oriental Medical doctors from China, at the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (ATOM) located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

Dr. Lim earned his Master of Oriental Medicine and Bachelor of Health Science Degrees from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (ATOM).  Before relocating to Florida, he received Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Yonsei University, South Korea.  He holds his Florida License in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  In addition, he received Diplomate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Dr. Lim maintains high personal standards, enthusiasm combined with discipline and professionalism, wonderful personality, pleasant demeanor and kind heart. In combination with his training at school, his clinical experience after graduation and his dedication to his profession, he is very confident that he can help his patients in solving their health concerns and optimizing their health.

Dr. Lim uses acupuncture (body, ear and scalp), acupressure, cupping, electrical stimulation, heat therapy and herbal formulas. While treating various conditions, he focuses on pain management, neurological disorders, addiction, fertility and psychological/emotional disorders.
