Arthritis literally means "joint inflammation."
Although arthritis is often referred to
as one disease, it's not.

Arthritis has more than 100 forms and is a common
cause of disability. There is no cure for arthritis, but
available treatments remain active. If you actively
manage your arthritis, you may be able to
gain control over your pain.

With the use of our Hi-Tech Energy machine
we may help relieve bone spurs also called
exosteosis caused by auto or sports injury.
Kidney system problems, according to traditional Chinese medicine, may cause arthritis, bone

Herbology
The Chinese Art of Combining
Medicinal
Herbs

Herbology is traditionally one of the
more important modalities utilized in
traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Each herbal medicine prescription
is a cocktail of many herbs tailored to
the individual patient.

The practitioner usually designs a
remedy using one or two main
ingredients that target the illness.
Then the practitioner adds many other
ingredients to adjust the formula to
the patient's yin/yang conditions.
Sometimes, ingredients are needed
to cancel out toxicity or side-effects of
the main ingredients. Some herbs
require the use of other ingredients
as catalyst or else the brew is ineffective.

Chinese herbology often incorporates ingredients from all parts of plants,
the leaf, stem, flower, root, and
also ingredients from animals
and minerals. The use of parts
of endangered species
(such as seahorses, rhinoceros horns,
and tiger bones) has created controversy
and resulted in a black market of
poachers who hunt restricted animals.
Many herbal manufacturers have
discontinued the use of any
parts from endangered animals.

diseases and pain suffering.

Traditional Needle Therapy

This therapy is based on natural
laws which describe the
movement of life energy. When
the Chi is imbalanced, we
experience distress and illness.
Through the use of hair-thin
disposable needles inserted into
the acupuncture points, energy is
brought into greater harmony.

Chinese Herbal Treatment

Herbology is traditionally one
of the more important treatments
utilized in traditional Chinese
medicine. Unlike western medi-
cations, the balance and interaction
of all the ingredients are con-
sidered more important than the
effect of individual ingredients.

Infra-Red Lamp Treatment

The infrared lamp penetrates the
skin while keeping the environ-
ment cool and comfortable. It
is an antioxidant nutrient, activates
the cells, supports metabolic
processes and decouples toxins
from water molecules. It is
helpful for wound healing and
cellular regeneration.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping
is a method of relieving
local congestion and restoring
the chi energy flow by applying a
partial vacuum which is created in
cup or cups, either by heat or by
suction.The Ancient Egyptians,
Greeks and Chinese used
cupping therapy.

Moxibustion Therapy

Moxibustion therapy is the
application of heat to a specific
area or point on the body. Along
with acupuncture needles,
moxibustion has become an
integral part of the Oriental
system of medicine. The term 'moxibustion' is derived from
the Japanese 'Moe Kusa',
meaning 'burning herb'.
